How to stop the question.
Everything I install keeps asking are you sure you want to do this.
You can disable this so easily by just a few clicks.
On the bottom left hand desktop panel [Start Search ] enter Control Panel.
from Control Panel click on User Accounts.
The last option you can Turn User Account Control on or off.
Click on Use User Account Control (UAC) to disable this function [untick the box]
Next time you reboot this function will be disabled.
