How to point your own 123-reg domain name to Xampp Apache web server to your free your no-ip.com domain name

Assuming these are the domain names we are using.
Please do not use these names they are for demonstration only.
http://ok1to34567890.be                      is our 123-reg domain name
http://this-ismmy-no-ip.myftp.org/smf   is our noip domain name on xampp.

Login to your 123-reg.co.uk control panel
http://www.123-reg.co.uk

Hello your-name not you? 
Select your Domain names from the menu.

Your domains:   ok1to34567890.be   
 
CLICK ON MANAGE
 
Currently managing ok1to34567890.be
 Select one form the menu:-
Access my InstantSite Account Manage DNS Web Forwarding
E-mail Management Change Nameservers Modify Contact Details Transfer Domain to another 123-reg user Display or Print an Invoice Domain Parking
CLICK ON CHANGE NAMESERVERS ENSURE BOTH ARE SET TO

SELECT WEB FORWARDING
 

This part of the control panel allows you to modify the web forwarding for your domain name.

Warning: This will change your DNS back their default settings, but is necessary to ensure web forwarding works. Any DNS changes will take 24-48 hours to fully propagate the internet.



 No web-forwarding
If you select this option anyone typing http://ok1to34567890.be into a web browser will be shown the 123-Reg default page.

 INFORMATION Framed web-forwarding to a single page
If you select web-forwarding to a single page the destination URL can have a specific filename on the end (e.g. index.htm).
It could just point to a directory (URL ends with /) in which case the files displayed would depend on the webserver 'directory index' settings.
The destination URL will be replaced by http://ok1to34567890.be.
 Non-framed web-forwarding to a single page
This option is the same as above however the destination URL will always be displayed in the address bar of the browser.
SELECT FRAMED WEB-FORWARDING
 Framed web-forwarding
The destination URL will be replaced by http://ok1to34567890.be
 Non-framed web-forwarding
The destination URL will remain in the browser's address bar.
ENTER THE URL TO FORWARD TO THIS IS THE FREE NO-IP
URL ON XAMPP SERVER.

URL to forward website for http://ok1to34567890.be.be to:
ENTER THE NOIP URL NAME IN XAMPP
 http://this-ismmy-no-ip.myftp.org/smf

ADD ALL THE META TAG INFORMATION
Title to be displayed in browser (for framed forwarding only):
 
URL of page icon (commonly favicon.ico):
